Lance Terrell has served in multiple areas of school finance for the last 12+ years, most recently as the CFO of an ESC. He also has experience as a CFO of a midsize school district, running a school finance department at an ESC, and consulting with districts across the state. He regularly hosts training for service organizations across the state, educating both Superintendents and Business Managers on the intricacies and changes in the complex school finance system.
Todd Hubbart has been in school finance for 10+ years, most recently as the Director of a school finance department at an ESC. He also has experience as a CFO of a midsize school district, and performing consulting work for a wide variety of districts. He is considered an expert on state and federal compliance, state aid forecasting, business operations, etc. He maintains his CPA certification in the state of Colorado.
